ผู้สร้างแจ้งว่าเกมนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับความสมจริงมากๆ เพราะผู้สร้างยังได้ไปปรึกษาตำรวจหน่วย SWAT จากทั่วโลกเลยทีเดียว โดยหลักๆ ความสมจริงก็ทั้งด้านฟิสิกส์กระสุน, การเจาะเกราะของกระสุน, การสะท้อนกลับของวัตถุ และฟิสิกส์ชุดเกราะ
ก่อนเริ่มเกมทุกครั้ง ผู้เล่น 1 ทีมจะได้วางแผนแบ่งงานกันว่าจะมีตำแหน่งอะไร (ยกตัวอย่างใครจะพลสไนเปอร์หรือถือโล่บุก) พร้อมจะใช้ปืนกับแต่งปืนแบบไหน รวมทั้งยังมีให้เลือกอุปกรณ์เจ๋งๆ มากกว่า 60 แบบเลยทีเดียว ยกตัวอย่างที่กั้นประตูหรือบันไดขึ้นที่สูงหรือกล้องส่องใต้ประตูดูอีกห้อง (พวกชุดกับเกราะก็แต่งได้ด้วย และส่งผลต่อการเล่น)
